When something needs attention
An appointment is missing: confirm it was booked in Sundae, check its assigned closer, then check that person’s account connection.
A closer does not have a lead in Kinobi: check Deliveries to Kinobi above. A given-up row never sends again on its own; requeue it with the command shown there.
A manager cannot see the team: check the team and manager under Settings, People & teams.
A calendar needs review: check the closer’s calendar feed and market coverage in Sundae before promising a time.
A save is interrupted: retry in the same appointment. If it changed, refresh and review the new details.
