How the setters and closers are moving — sets made, sits held, deals closed, week over week.

Which way the team is moving: sets on the day they were made, sits and sales on the day they ran.

Sets made, sits held, deals closed
Sets made · the day they were booked
Sat · the day the sit ran
Sold
The columns and the lines are measured on different clocks on purpose. A set counts the day the setter made it; a sit and a sale count the day the appointment actually ran. They are not a funnel, and a tall column beside a flat line usually means the work is still ahead of the calendar.

Show rate and close rate

Close rate · sold ÷ sat
An interval with nothing to measure is a gap in the line, never a drop to zero — a day with no sits has no show rate.

How to read this
- Sets made counts an initial appointment on the day it was booked. This is the number the Board could never show: a setter who spends Monday booking a fortnight out reads zero on every window dated by when the appointment sits.
- Assigned, Sat, No-show, Pending, Sold count appointments on the day they were scheduled to run, because you cannot know the outcome of a set until it sits. Summed over the window these agree exactly with the Board's setter and closer tables for the same window and market — they are the same query.
- Show rate is sat ÷ (sat + no-show); pending sits are excluded from it, never counted as a no-show. Close rate is sold ÷ sat.
- Sold is a manager-confirmed CRM outcome on that exact visit. Verified is QuickBase sale truth — the lead passed KCA intake, the payable event — counted once per lead.
- Unreported is a sit with no outcome an hour past its start, or a held sit with no deal result and no follow-up. It is scored at the moment you load this page, so a sit still to come is pending, never late.
- The last interval is still running. It is drawn with a lighter column and marked so far — a half-finished day is not a collapse.
- A rate with nothing to measure reads “—”, never 0%.
