Who, and what a sale is worth
LoadingThe sale value is your assumption, not stored anywhere. It rides this page's link, so a shared link shows the same verdicts.
Cost figures are admin-only.

How to read this
- Leads are the direct leads routed to the setter in the window. Sets are initial appointments whose scheduled time falls in the window, credited to the setter who booked them — the same rows as the scoreboard's setter accountability table.
- Sold is a manager-confirmed CRM outcome on that exact visit. Verified is QuickBase sale truth: the lead passed KCA intake, the payable event. Install complete is not tracked in Sundae yet, so verified is the nearest thing to an install.
- Cost is the scheduled labor budget — hourly rate × hours per week, spread evenly over the window's days. It is not a timesheet. A setter with no rate on file reads "No rate on file", never $0.
- Return is your sale value × verified sales − labor cost in the window. Break-even is the verified sales a week a seat needs at its weekly cost. A seat is "paying for itself" when its return is zero or better.
- Team and total cost-per and return figures cover only the setters with a rate on file.
